Six Inducted into the National Honor Society
The Tidewater Academy Chapter of the National Honor Society held its
Spring Induction ceremony on Thursday, May 12 at the Wakefield United
Methodist Church. Six new members were inducted. They included: Seniors
Sam Spain and Chandler Williams; Juniors Briggs Burton and Olivia
Razafinimanana; Sophomores Cary Beahm and David Clements.
Senior President of the NHS Olivia Patton conducted the ceremony while
Senior Katy Johnson spoke on Leadership; Martin Hellyer spoke on
Character; Josh Clarke spoke on Service and Greg Irving spoke on
Scholarship. Music teacher Nan Seeley played the piano for the
induction.
